Ortiz-Magro’s legal professionals, Scott Lemon and Leonard Levine, addressed the D.A.’s resolution in an announcement that reads, “We’re very joyful that after additional investigation each the LA County District Lawyer’s workplace and the LA Metropolis Lawyer’s workplace decided that prison fees weren’t warranted towards Ronnie associated to the incident that occurred in April.”
They moreover acknowledged they may evaluate the alleged probation violation declare “and cope with it accordingly.”
Although the April 22 incident landed Ortiz-Magro in jail, he stated he learned from the experience. On April 25, he wrote on Instagram, “I take all experiences as classes. You study who actually cares about you when your down and out and than you see who would not [sic]! However I suppose they name it the weeding course of.”
His companion, Saffire Mattos, addressed her followers the identical day, assuring that she and Ortiz-Magro are “wonderful.”
